On the 23rd, we headed to Timberline Lodge to celebrate Christmas. Timberline is a lodge on Mt. Hood in Oregon. If you are familiar with the movie
The Shining, some of it was filmed there. I tried to snap a few pictures of the kids when we got there.

The girls were dying to go for a swim in the outdoor heated pool. You can't tell very well, but there is snow surrounding the pool and on the trees. It was freezing, but the girls insisted, and thanks to some very kind uncles they were able to swim in the snow.
